Multilingual Service
For ease of communication, our staff speaks many different languages, such as English, Japanese, Mandarin Chinese, Korean, French, German, Spanish and Dutch. For our large Asian client base, GII translates brochures and samples into Japanese and Korean and will go so far as to translate the entire market research study if interest warrants it.
Customer Service
GII prides itself on its customer care philosophy. Before the customer is able to place an order, a GII representative personally holds a question and answer session to ensure that the report will suit the customer's specific needs. We then personally contact all of our customers after the order has been processed in order to confirm receipt, assess satisfaction, and answer any additional questions the customer might have.

GII receives hundreds of customer questions every day regarding specific research needs. We provide same day responses, giving the customer immediate recommendations, report abstracts, executive summaries, or sample pages of relevant reports that would fulfill their needs.
Standard Pricing
GII sells its' publications at the publishers stated list price in dollars or yen. The customer will never pay more by purchasing through GII.
